Tessian platform and protection is now fully operational and all delayed emails have been processed.
Monitoring
Live syncing via M365 API and Defender Via API performance has been restored.
We're continuing to monitor this while we process emails that were unable to be checked during the period of degraded performance.
Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that has resulted in degraded performance in the live syncing of emails through the M365 API and Defender Via API. This is causing emails not to be synced or checked. Additionally, users of the M365 Office Add-in may experience slower checks, leading to delays in sending emails.
